Extensively refurbished in 2017, The Beach House boasts a very comfortable, high-quality finish. Adjacent to the property is an enclosed private patio with an outside tap, making it ideal for dog owners or surfers who need to rinse off their surf boards and wetsuits.

Crantock's legendary sandy beach is only a short walk away, making the cottage perfect for surfers, beach lovers and those looking to walk their dog.

The Beach House is also ideally located in the village, with all amenities in walking distance. Crantock has its selection of pubs, a grocery store and a number of attractions, meaning you don't have to worry about driving all over.
